If a product is defective, we will replace the same product. The original product must be returned in full to receive the replacement. Customer pays for all shipping costs. Provide complete details for the exchange of the defective product including your full contact information with email address.
Replacement or extra crumb tray covers are $5 includes shipping via regular USPS mail. Contact us for the replacement part.

No product covered by this warranty may be returned without prior written authorization. A Return Authorization must be made prior to returning the product.
